My development company, Realicore, and I have been working with Roxanne Klein from Progressive Real Estate Partners for the better part of a year. She is first-class when it comes to service and although I think we all need to take a break from hard-work from time to time, she will work weekends and late hours just to make sure your deal is going smoothly. Commercial real estate is complicated and the best advice that Roxanne gave me was to be 100% prepared before we listed my land for build to suit. Following her advice and not being hasty just to get it on the market has saved us so many headaches and wasted time. For example, I wasn’t even sure where the land was at in regards to entitlements with the city. Roxanne told me who to call and didn’t treat me like an amateur developer. She walked me through the process and gave me a the time of day no matter how “dumb” my questions were. Whether you are new to retail real estate or this isn’t your first rodeo, I highly recommend Progressive Real Estate Partners and especially Roxanne for all of your retail / shopping center / drive-thru leasing. Also, Roxanne is just pleasant to do business with. She has a great attitude and a long-term vision. I will be doing more business with her and Progressive. Roxanne specifically helped me to find a NNN National Tenant for my Build-To-Suit land for the 5th Street Gateway Project in San Bernardino, CA.

Progressive Real Partners is absolutely an embarrassment. Never, ever work with any of their brokers who represent any properties. Paul Su in particular should have his Real Estate Brokers license revoked as he and my attorney had a conference call and he spoke on behalf of lease agreement / language with no actual attorney on the call. Either Progressive needs to drop them from their portfolio, or you are going to encounter multiple customer dissatisfaction.

This is the worst real estate company to do business with. Be aware that if you are a possible tenant, they will blindside you to overlook all the outdated equipment that is currently installed so you are hooked with upgrading everything on your own.
Completely unethical and immoral company .
