Just met Amber earlier today while heading out to the car, and it’s such a breathe of fresh air knowing someone as nice and knowledgeable is there to take care of all our needs or any problems that may arise. Thank you for taking the time to stop and talk and reassure us we’re in good hands if anything comes up.

I just wanted to come back and edit my original review as Amber continues to go above and beyond. You truly don’t know how much it means to us and all the residents to have such a well kept area to relax after what seems like ever lasting stressful weeks at work. Thank you for continuing to exceed any expectation we may have!

My experience at the Domain at Bennett Farms has been very good. Working with the staff on maintenance issues and other odds and ends has gone very well. The staff seems to be very efficient and attentive to the needs of the residents. From my experience, Alysia stands out as one who goes the extra mile in helping residents. I also appreciate the standard maintenance checks.

Amber is so amazing! She was in and out to change something in our sink today because it started just dripping on its own. She also changed our air filter. She is so kind and we always see her everywhere on the property taking care of things.im around to call this my home!

The price they show online is not what they offer. I tried reaching Courtney since June 2023 and made an appointment to either renew lease/end lease. Made appointment in June 2023 to talk to Courtney and when the day came no one showed up or called. I called back the office asking about the appointment and they said Courtney went home. Rebooked a schedule in July and the same thing happened. I had to call them to follow up. They didn't even have the decency to call and say they couldn't make it. Finally I called again and they made a 3rd appointment to talk about the lease. They showed up and I asked them about the price as I was already paying $150 more than what was listed online. They basically increased the price another $100 on top of the $150 extra I was paying compared to the listing price on their website. They waited till the last day to finally meet with me and gave me 30 minutes to make a decision on either renew the lease now or sign the contract to leave in 2 months. I told them I'll bring the paper to the office and Courtney was very rude, dismissing everything I said, belittling me and replied with a nasty tone "no, sign now you have 30 minutes". I said I'll bring it to the office in 30 minutes. When I reached the office to inquire about the leasing option, they said they only do 1 year lease after the first 6 months. After pleading more they said they have the option of an 8 month lease but they will charge even more for that. They have additional hidden fees such as "garbage disposal fee" with the total bill coming out to be an extra $220-250.

Don't trust anything they say and don't expect to get your full deposit back either. Talked to few other people who left and they didn't get their deposit back either, check the other reviews too and it seems like a common theme here. I couldn't wait to get out of this apartment and felt scammed every day I was there. Bunch of people even got their cars broken into while I was staying there. I have stayed at other apartments and I never had such a terrible experience anywhere else. They lack any morality and decency.

Alysia the Charismatic Leasing Agent was on call any time i needed her & made it too easy.
This location is clean, safe & conveniently close to every store, gym & highway. The apartment itself is clean, spacious with a good view. So happy to be a resident!
Please ask for Alysia she will take care of you!

I would like to start by saying that it’s best to give a review for a place you are residing in after you have been there for a while. You are able to get a feel for the place. I have been here two weeks and two days. I think it is at this time that I can give an accurate assessment.

When I first moved in, the leasing agents, Allysia and Molly, were very warm and welcoming. The manager, Courtney Vechek, called me the day I moved in. She welcomed me to the community. Fast forward to the following week. When I called in a third work order request, she was very short and abrupt with me. (I realize that’s a lot. However, there were issues that had not been addressed prior to me moving in. I tried to keep a running tab, but as time went on, I discovered more things.) In follow up to the phone call, I sent an email to ask Courtney several questions about the rent and the location for furniture disposal. I brought the abrupt behavior to her attention. She never acknowledged my concern, nor apologized. I did not appreciate that.

Then, there is Molly. She does an exceptionally great job. Even agreeing to come and scrape up all of the paint splatter on the vinyl plank floors. She continues to be very welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I’m satisfied as a resident.

Amber is absolutely fabulous. With every work order I have put in through the front office, she has come by the same day to get it resolved. She always goes above and beyond. This area has hard water. Thus, there were orangish brown stains in the bowl of the toilet, as well as around the rim of the toilet, when I moved into the apartment. Baking soda and vinegar, nor CLR, have cleaned the toilets. Amber took steel wool and cleaned the toilet bowls. They are now sparkling white. That’s dedication. She also reconnected the dishwasher, which had been hooked up incorrectly. Thus, the water was not draining from the dishwasher. So, there was standing water, which left a horrible odor. When the dishwasher was opened, the odor hit you. Amber adjusted the latch on the master bedroom walk in closet, so that the door would close. She explained why the toilet was not flushing properly, and the unit was not heating and cooling properly. She’s adjusted the hot water heater for us twice. She has replaced the stopper in one of the sinks in the master bathroom. It was worn. She also cleared the pipes, so that the water in the left sink of the master bathroom would drain properly. She’s assured me that she’s here to help, and that makes me feel welcomed. I don’t feel as if I’m a nuisance. That is the gist I got from my encounter with Courtney.

Lastly, I would like to say that I owned a condo that I lived in for 22 years. I moved out of state for 16 months and took on apartment living. I have returned home to Indiana. This is the third apartment I’ve lived in since selling my condo 16 months ago. Hopefully, the last, as I would like to return to home ownership once the market calms down. This is the first, of the three complexes, that has an antiquated maintenance request system. I am used to a portal that you can put issues into. The requests go straight to maintenance. Thus, bypassing having to call the leasing office.

Update, I am moving out after living here for a year. They have gone up on the rent by 200.00 per month. The place was not worth what they were charging to start, but I was relocating back to IN from GA and had to search for a place from a remote location. I am moving into a brand new, larger apartment, that costs less, and is still in a nice, safe area. This place is for the birds. There are stains on the concrete in the corridor. The same stains that I was told would be powerwashed, but never were. There are cracks throughout the concrete steps. One day I came home and the bottom step cracked into three separate pieces. Those pieces sat there for a week, or more, before I PICKED THEM UP and threw them in the trash. There are cobwebs and debris throughout the corridor. I would not recommend this community.

Halfway through my lease and I have no complaints at all! The whole property is beautiful and well managed, everyone in the leasing office (specifically Alysia and Courtney!) is so kind and ready to help with whatever they can, and even the other tenants here are all seemingly pleasant people. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their next home!
