This company very bad service i am facing issues customer service no idea in loan process .iam apply 3000 loan all paper accept after 1 week no response iam direct going to sharq office he tell ur document reject reason bring new guarantor iam asking old guarantor reject any reason he tell i do know

I am Calling CFC since 3 days just for a loan of 2500KWD. Also for such amount, they need a National Guarantor which is not mentioned anywhere. Why such treatment with us? Even My 2KWD has been deducted 2 times just for applying for Loan. Please Help Me.

‎. هذا اخر تعامل معاكم. مع اني اول عميل لكم. وماتوقعتكم جذي بصراحه . تواصلت معكم لتقديم معامله اخرى وكان الرد منكم مرفوضه المعامله وانا مستوفي الشروط تماما واوراقي كامله. ومحول رواتبي ٣ شهور وكل اوراقي تمام. لكن لاسف ماتوقعت يحدث معي زين اذا في رفض شيء ما اذكرلي السبب وشوف اوراقي بعدين احكم. وموظف متحمس معاي بالمكالمه. وترى ع فكره دفعت لكم مقدم كبير لشراء سياره. وقلت بعدها امور سهله معاكم طلع كل شيء صعب. ومنتظم بالسداد وقاعد ادفع اقساط بسرعه بسرعه قبل حلول موعد القسط علي. لكن لاسف.

The services are very bad. I made an online application for a personal loan of 5000 KD. The monthly instalment is 99 KD (Less than 40 percent of my salary) and I have been employed by same employer for past 9 years. I have been called after 3 hours by CFC operator. The operator confirmed with me the details and he said he will get back to me in same day. He didn't. Next day I called several times and just after 3 pm somebody picked up the phone. After speaking with 4 different persons, explaining the same time my inquiry I found out that for 5000 KD loan , I need a Kuwaiti guarantor. This is not mentioned nowhere on their website and conditions to apply for a finance option with CFC. Save yourself precious time, and avoid CFC! Just go ad apply to well known financial companies.
