Ein normales 2-Sterne-Hotel. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber und hatten eine gute Größe. Es hatte genügend freie Parkplätze um das Hotel. Beim Frühstück gab es viel zu wenig Plätze zum Essen. Wir gingen dann im Zimmer essen. Das Frühstück war aber sonst in Ordnung. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging auch schnell.

Hotel looked great in pictures and from the outside. Check in was terrific with a friendly staff. We noticed that the common area carpet was stained, but that's something we note from time to time and weren't concerned. Some alarm bells went off when we noticed that a previous guest's leftovers were still in the fridge and the room door looked like it had been kicked in and repaired at some point. The upholstery on the easy chair in the room was stained, so we declined to sit on it. The office chair was sprung and tried to dump you out backward when you leaned back. The biggest issue, and one we didn't notice until the next morning due to the design of the shower, is that the shower was full of mold and mildew. If we'd noticed it earlier we'd have asked for another room, but we only stayed for one night, so we simply reported it when we left. Big concern about cleanliness given these issues.

The staff are nice. Pool was ok. The refrigerator didn't work and has mold in it. The A/C worked but struggled to keep the room cool. The tub had mold around the base and the bathroom looked old, poor maintenance. The pullout bed is in poor condition and I had to ask for the bedding. The beds felt like you were sleeping on plastic along with the bedding. I was not impressed for the price of the room. I will not be staying at this location again and I wouldn't recommend it.

Just your average 2 star hotel. It was clean but needed repair. It was a place to sleep for us. It was VERY overpriced because "Screams" is open.
It's on a busy highway, so there's no walking to restaurants, shopping, or other businesses.
There's an outdoor pool that is heated but we didn't try it.
Breakfast was like a regular continental but the waffle batter was too thin & made deflated waffles.
I wouldn't pay the price we paid to stay there again. There are other options in Waxahachie.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days to visit a family member. I highly recommend this hotel. The continental breakfast was great! Always hot and fresh. The room was very clean and the staff were all so kind and friendly. Nice pool area as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Beds were hard and the water in the shower never got hot water. Complained to the front desk. They said maintenance looked at it and there was no problem. Water never got hot. Wouldn’t stay here again

Loved this Best Western! Stayed here with my boyfriend last night. The pool was relaxing. The rooms are very clean with hot showers. I love taking hot showers so the shower has to have good water flow & temperature & it was perfect. They have way larger nice flat screen tvs compared to other places I have been. The beds pillows & sheets are very relaxing. All staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was delicious ? They had plenty of different healthy options which I hardly see at other hotel / motels. I will definitely stay here again if I pass through this area again. ?
