Great doctor (5star) when you get past the long inattentive wait . The staff had no regard for patient or time. I ended up leaving after a total of 1hr & 15mins waiting to not receive a full exam and no-one even called to check what happened to date.

He quickly diagnosed the source of my foot pain as tendinitis and recommended a series of exercises to alleviate the pain, which has been helpful, as well as alternatives should the pain persist. I would return as a patient and would recommend him to others.

Dr. Zaiff is very personable as well as knowledgeable in giving excellent podiatry care. He eased a lot of my worries about my chronic foot pain. I originally went to him to get a second opinion and I ended up transferring my care to him because he was much more thorough in explaining things to me, and was very honest about the timeline I would need to wait to get my orthotics custom made. He ended up being so much better than another podiatrist I had seen before him and told me I didn't need surgery, which the doctor before him had told me I would likely need. I highly recommend Dr. Zaiff. I never waited over five minutes for my appointment and my visits were always seamless.

Dr. Zaiff is a competent and thorough clinician. I am an avid runner and have sought treatment for various injuries from Dr. Zaiff. Compared to other podiatrists I have seen for foot injuries, Dr. Zaiff offered a more comprehensive treatment plan. Instead of being offered just one or two solutions Dr. Zaiff had a very detailed approach that covered every angle to solve the problem. If patients are compliant with the treatment plan, Dr. Zaiff will more than likely fix the problem. I've seen him for chronic plantar fasciitis, fractures and other trauma issues; all resolved under his care.
