Wir waren zwei Tage hier, das Hotel ist ok, halt leider genauso verwohnt und etwas schnuddelig wie sehr oft in den Usa. Personal war ganz nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage hat uns etwas enttäuscht es sind noch ca 30 Kilometer nach Memphis downtown. Frühstück war leider nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Rundum entäuschendes Hotel.

Nice place to stay while there for the tournament. Interesting place to actually build a hotel, but it worked.

The employees were extremely nice and rooms were good. Definitely one of the better beds to sleep on in my travels. The location of the hotel made finding a place to eat very convenient. DUNKIN was 1 mile up the road, which was a bonus for me. I would recommend staying if your passing through.

We had our family reunion at this hotel. We had a great time. Staff was awesome (Scott, Mario, Neraka, the ladies at the front desk) they really accommodated us.They were very personable .Security assured our cars were safe. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We will be back.

I stayed here for work, not realizing that I should've chosen something else. The hotel was quite deceiving as it smelled and looked better in the lobby and outside than in the rooms. The room & bathroom were very outdated. My room smelled of old wet carpet. No ventilation in the bathroom (using the mirror was a problem). There was hair in every area of the bathroom. The comforter had a distinct stain that I didn't realize until later. You couldn't enjoy the sun, because of the condensation on the windows. One of the lights had a short or something because it flickered every time it was cut on. Speaking of light, the lighting was very dim.

There's only one way in & out of the parking lot. Therefore, getting out of the parking lot in the AM is a headache! The traffic is fast and crowded, so if you're not an aggressive driver, you have to wait minutes before there's an opportunity to get onto the street.

But on a positive note, breakfast was good, and the breakfast crew were very personable and polite. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of the breakfast crew.

Absolutely zero decorum coming from the general manager who refused to speak to me (staff quite literally said “he is a very busy man”), and for the AGM who calls himself a rooms controller.

I have a background of working in hotel management - so I have lower expectations and give a lot of grace when traveling for business but still had absolutely nothing short of an awful experience. Upon arrival, they made an honest mistake and double authorized my personal AND business card for the entire stay PLUS incidentals, but refused to correct this or offer even the simplest of verbal apologies. There was a strange man without shoes on in the lobby and the front desk folks just laughed about it. The room was gross and there was a slimy substance on one of the walls. Shower didn’t get hot or drain well. Housekeeping tried to walk in on me even though I had DND on and dead bolted my door.

I surely hope this kind of experience isn’t common across the Sheraton brand, but I will not be finding out.

At least the coffee in the lobby wasn’t garbage.

First an admission: I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, but my siblings and I chose to stay here because we did so many times with our parents in the late 70s and early 80s on weekend trips to Memphis. The hotel was under a different flag then, but nostalgia and curiosity brought us back.

First, the front desk personnel were as friendly and helpful as other reviewers have noted. Second, the hotel itself is comfortable, clean and located in a very safe and convenient area of the city: Lots of good shopping and terrific restaurants are nearby, as is quick access to the interstate. Also, it's just a few minutes away from the airport.

The hotel itself is physically located in what amounts to the median of a divided highway/major thoroughfare, so entry and exit can be a little confusing. Once you figure it out, though, there's nothing to keep us from giving a full endorsement to this hotel. (Yes, the bathrooms are small, but well appointed and very typical of the era in which the hotel was was built).

Recommended if you're in Memphis for the night -- or the week.

Friendly staff and decently updated. USB-C and USB sockets in room. Bathrooms are a bit outdated and could use update. Comfortable beds. Good hot breakfast but do have to pay $14 if it isn't included in your room. Stayed here many weeks for work! Location can be a little annoying with the busy street exit but there is a sidewalk to walk to the plazas but not ideal. Convenient right off highway though. large gym

This is an older hotel that lacks updating so take that into consideration. Front desk interaction was nothing to get excited about. I can’t get over that weird/ pungent smell from the elevators. The room was a good size, but again dated. Linens were clean and prepped well. The AC unit is loud and woke me up throughout the night. Location of this hotel is what it has going for it but I will not be returning.
