I visited the bajaj finance office in Margao osia building....... jus for some small query
There were 3 customers waiting before me .... I waited for 1 hour.....
We were told da cashier is not der by 1 staff who was sitting inside.
After almost an hour another customer asked about the cashier an we got a reply saying that the cashier is gone for lunch n will return after 1 hour .......
There was no1 else to attend to the customers
But thier timings show 9am - 6.30pm

So called bajaj finance are robbing the poor customers in the name of finance...after paying the EMI in the office this idiotic people are depositing the cheques in the bank...the EMI was pa8d by scanning the QR code Given by the Cashier and the answer I got is that the amount has not reached to their bank...where the money went?and they deposited the cheque 5 times in the month and my amount of 590 ×5 times got deducted...if people had so much money then why would people buy things on finance? Biggest cheaters in the name of finance...

As expected staff members are not well clear with work related queries and not even bother to help resolve queries,staff behaviour is full of arrogance, attitude.
I request regional manager to look into this matter and trained your staff with some etiquette and take surprise visit as customer and you'll get to understand what we trying to explain.

It’s 10:38am and there is no cashier to take the payment & than they will charge bounce charges for late payment & these people are not even ready to give me concerned person contact number…. I Ask Bajaj Finance regional head to take prompt action on this. Thankyou

Never ever take personal loans from Bajaj, they will loot u like anything. To tell you the truth I ended up paying 60k as interest on 1 lakh. Perfect way to loot people in need of money. Also beware of agents that come up with offers at home. They don't guve you the exact information on the offers , and hence u end up in crisis like dis. Totally disgusted by Bajaj. Also very saddened as I lost my hard earned money

Get calls saying pre approved for 5 lacs. When reach their office, it's only for existing customers. Henceforth no Bajaj products.

Went there to discuss some deduction which happened on ma bank account, after discussing and take a complaint from me they told me I would be refunded but I haven't got that, and they don't have a proper customer care no from where u can solve your issues ull have to come to this office but still ur problem won't get solved
