Very poor service ,bank employees do not support customer and bank account statement charges will be very strong rs90per page ,what a bank other bank provide the email bank account statement free service.
I have 6years customer for bank of Maharashtra but I am not satisfied this service,I request to bank of ceo pls customer satisfaction is very important.

Yesterday we had to draw DD and it was very urgent, the bank was very crowded. But there was a madam at counter number 2 and she helped us a lot. So the work was done within our time frame. I don't know that madam's name but thank you so much madam...!!

Waste of Time, Typical govt Bank. No Joining Kit , It will take 7 days to open account get passbook, 10 Days to get internet Banking credentials then you have to call and activate it,10 days to get cheque books. In short 1 month to get a proper functional account. Only advantage is 2000 rs minimum balance. This is my personal experience to open society bank account in BOM , still regretting my decision.

10/09/18: They are charging 177 rupees for Phone number update. BOM should close all the branches.

The bank insists on an app on the phone/computer.
I don't want the app on my phone due to security reasons.
And on the computer the app. isn't opening.
The branch near me is not helping.
They insist i download on the phone.
Do I have a choice?

I have been needing their assistance in their Mahasecure app for internet banking these people are not even processing my request every day the same "aaj ho jayega kal 12 baje ho jayega" just wasting time. No is responding to the landline number provided not the toll free number. They are not even responding to the emails also so why they provide the customer support number n emails.
