I had been dealing with a complicated issue trying to add my Barclaycard to Apple Pay for several days, calling multiple times without resolution and no follow-up callbacks. Frustrated, I decided to visit the branch, and I am so glad I did! I was fortunate to be helped by Mash, who was absolutely fantastic.

From the moment I explained my situation, she was incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. Not only did she resolve the issue quickly, but she also took the time to walk me through other useful features on my phone, which will make my online banking so much easier in the future. Mash's professionalism and personal touch really stood out, and she went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied. She is truly an asset to Barclays, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I may need to bring her to my own business as her customer service is that good. We need more people like Mash!

Staff at this branch were very friendly and attentive, they managed to squeeze us in for an appointment with Mash - she was very helpful in resolving all our queries and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend if you need to sort out stuff for your account and for dialy tasks - we deposited money the same day as well
