My daughter and I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel exceeded our expectations, starting with our check in. Bobby was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast and the pool/hot tub are open later than any other hotel I've stayed at so I could actually use them after a long day or sleeping in. The location was excellent, we could get anywhere we needed to go very easily. I would absolutely stay here again!

My room smelled terrible! One of the light bulbs was burned out, tv didn't work half the time. The bathroom was clean but the bathtub would not drain any water at all. I do not recommend this hotel at all if your expecting nice!

Great location-easy to get to from highway and breakfast was ok. Pool area: dirty floors, tables covered in used towels, no clean towels, cloudy water; When I went to the desk to ask for towels, he pointed to a stack of three towels on the counter and said, “Yeah but only a few.” He was on his cell phone laughing at a video; In our rooms: door handle to adjoining room was broken, outlets and some lights didn’t work, dried food on wall, live small spiders on towels, other minor repairs needed, underwear on floor wasn’t ours. We would not recommend this hotel. The price was increased from what originally quoted and it was not worth the price. You can stay at a nicer hotel for that price.

I recently had the pleasure of lodging at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Mt. Pleasant-Racine West, WI. The accommodations were outstanding, and the price was very reasonable for the duration of our stay. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious. Although we were too busy to use the pool, it appeared to be quite inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Racine or the Milwaukee area.

Working in the area for past few months and I mostly stay at Marriot or Hilton. However, I stayed at this hotel for few times and it has been very clean and comfortable stay. Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good and room was clean. I have recommended this hotel to few of my friends and everything staying here as well

I was asleep at 10:18 at night as I travel 10-12 nights a month for work. I was in location and in bed when I heard screaming and swearing and looked out the window at the man swearing and screaming. I went downstairs and to my surprise the person I heard was the general manager on duty Ron Patel. I asked him if there would be yelling all night and he kicked me out. Told me he can do whatever he wants. He’s the boss. So he calls the police as do I. They come and tell him they are sick of coming here and dealing with him. One officer told him to stop drinking on the job so he was obviously very drunk and this is obviously an ongoing issue. Police forced him to refund my money and go down the street. The manager has a drinking problem and brings it to the workplace. I will be immediately requesting my company to remove them from the list of options. Very sad experience. When I arrived to hotel next door lady at the fro t desk laughed as well and said it is an on going issue. I’m sure the manager is a family member of owner but this is not acceptable and the man needs some serious help so I really hope he can get it. Something needs to be done. Very sad all around. Kept going out and smoking cigarettes literally in the middle of checking in guests.

I stayed at this location for over 12 weeks this year, and while there were some positives, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were generally clean, but I frequently found hairs on the towels and in the showers. Additionally, the housekeeping seemed inconsistent, as the floors were often not vacuumed during my stay. Furthermore, the hallways often smelled strongly of marijuana, which made for an unpleasant atmosphere.

The breakfast provided was good, and the staff, particularly Bobby at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. However, the service was uneven, and when Bobby wasn’t on duty, the front desk interactions were less helpful.

My biggest issue came when a national convention led to a rate hike for my room. Despite being a long-term guest, the hotel refused to make any adjustments, even minor ones, for my business travel needs. This lack of flexibility and disregard for customer loyalty was frustrating.

Ultimately, the attempt to maximize profits by reallocating my room for three days to other customers, combined with these other issues, led me to move to a different hotel. This experience has made me decide to seek alternatives in the future.

Robin at the front desk was amazing. She got us a room right after check out ( we got there way early). She was funny and upbeat a joy to deal with. The room was fantastic even for being rushed cleaned for us. The only issues we had were that the tub seemed to drain slowly, and the vending machines on our floor were empty. If I ever am in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.
