Absoluter Horror! Da wir uns so unwohl und unsicher gefühlt haben, haben wir das Hotel mitten in der Nacht verlassen und ausgecheckt. Alles ist dreckig und kaputt. Teilweise waren die Zimmer ohne Strom. Der Türriegel war rausgerissen und überall waren Flecken und Schmutz. Im offenen Treppenhaus treiben sich gruselige Typen herum. Es war ein Albtraum. Nie wieder!!!

Wir sind, nachdem wir die Zimmer gesehen haben, wieder ausgecheckt und haben uns mitten in der Nacht ein neues Hotel gesucht. Niemals hätten wir dort übernachtet!
Die Lobby sieht relativ gut aus, das täuscht allerdings.
Die Zimmer sind alt, kaputt und dreckig. Eines unserer Zimmer hatte keinen Strom.
Das Bett war übersät mit Flecken, es war einfach nur ekelig. Es gab nicht sehr viele Gäste, aber im Treppenhaus saßen gruselige Gestalten.
Niemals buchen!

Der Empfang war freundlich und die Baustelle störte überhaupt nicht. Die Betten sind prima und es ist sehr schön, dass auch der Überzug vom Bett ein frisches Bettuch ist.||Leider fehlten im Zimmer Kofferablagemöglichkeiten völllig.||Das Bad ist in einem schlimmen Zustand und wir konnten in der Dusche nicht stehen, weil die Badewanne erhöht eingebaut ist und die Decke so niedrig. Für Personen über 1,80 m. und ältere Personen, die nicht mehr gut über den hohen Rand hinaussteigen können ist das Bad ungeeignet.||Das Frühstück war am zweiten Tag komplett leer und wurde dann auf unseren Hinweis hin von der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption aufgefüllt, die aber ganz viel anderes zu tun hatte.||Unfreundlich fand ich, dass Punkt 9:30 Uhr die Stühle hochgestellt wurden, obwohl noch viele Gäste aßen.

I just recently moved back to Houston and was using this hotel as my base since it was minutes from the hotel I actually work out in the Galleria area. I stayed at this location for 3 weeks with no issues then the day after Christmas I come down for breakfast and the FRONT DESK AGENT approaches me stating that the manager CHARLIE stated I cannot extend my stay anymore and that I was forced to check out without reasoning. I have never been a disturbance to this property or employees nor to I bother the front desk I have no issues in cleaning my own room. Further more for the weeks I have stayed in this hotel I have left several notes/messages to speak with the manager of the property CHARLIE without any response. Only to request to speak with him today and he’s on vacation til JAN 20th according to the Hispanic woman that works at the Front desk. I have never heard of a hotel refusing clientele without reasoning especially if I am paying my folio in full. With all my things in the lobby I then also asked if I can use the restroom and was declined service due to the lobby bathroom being out of order. Which is strange because where do the employees use the restroom while working their shift? I then also waited in the lobby sorting out my next reservation while I watched a couple less than respectable people and come check in without an issue. So I am only to take from this experience that your business establishment would rather have junkies with visible powder in their nose check into your hotel and deny service to a guest that has paid your hotel almost $1000 during my almost month stay. This was by far the WORSE experience ever and I have the HOTEL MANAGER TO THANK FOR THAT!

Don’t expect much from this hotel besides it having food places and gas stations within a 1 mile radius. Expect to have terrible plumbing, greet junkies in the morning hoarding the free breakfast, and leaving the dining room disgusting and there to always be some weird billing issue.

probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. and I'm not picky. random water was coming from the floors? I think I don't really know but RANDOM WATER JUST SHOWING UP ON THE FLOOR. breakfast was mid. room was also very humid. there was food left in fridge

No hot water, no coffee maker or telephone in room but have the coffee in room for you to make. Breakfast no juices work on the machine, coffee machine is setup to do multiple things but coffee is the only thing that works. Was told at check in would be able to speak to manager in morning, morning comes and was told never know when the manager will be here maybe today or not, maybe tomorrow or not

DONT DO IT. You're better off asking a local homeless person if you can bunk in their tent. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Our reservation with Hilton got messed up so we had to find something available nearby and fast. Unfamiliar with the area we just chose one close to our destination tomorrow. If we didn't have two little kids with us, one of which is waking up on her 9th birthday tomorrow in this disaster; we would have left the moment we walked in. Black mold and water damage everywhere! The blankets looked like the have NEVER been washed. The smells in this room are AWFUL. Like animal piss and chemicals. So thankful no one needed a shower while we are here. We've stayed in Wyndham hotels in the past but this is absolutely the last. If it's an independently owned location I would cut ties with it immediately. Everything about it is sketchy as hell.
