I have seen Dr Klassen as my PCP for close to 20 years. She has seen me through various problems and is always attentive and willing to spend time talking through various aspects of my life, not just the immediate need. I have never had the experience of rudeness from the staff or lack of communication, as mentioned in other reviews. Instead, I have received prompt callbacks about lab results or appointments. If I could give 10 stars for my review, I would do so!

I don't understand the horrible reviews at all. Dr. Klassen spends more time with me than any other doctor has and truly cares about my well being. And her nurse and staff are amazing. I highly recommend her as a PCP.

I have been going to this office for many years. 10 plus years. Covid has hit everyone pretty hard the last few years and you would think they would be more understanding. I lost my job and my insurance. Their communication has been awful the last year , not returning phone calls and just being kind of rude. I've left messages trying to explain my situation and they don't respond or call back. I told them I got a new job and I was moving into a new apartment and that I'd be able to start making payments again. And asked to make an appointment for December when my insurance starts but no response. I just got a letter saying they are dismissing me as a patient and not to contact her staff or her. Over 85 dollars...... Im disappointed in their handling of this as I liked Klassen alot. Disappointed in the lack of communication and compassion.

This facility is the most uncaring facility I have ever dealt with. The nurse has the WORST customer/patient rapport ALL the time. They never return calls & always seem to have an excuse as to why they don't do something for anything but never offering empathy or apology to any patient! If you are considering making this your primary doctor, maybe you might want to reconsider because they do not seem to care at all for the patients they serve!

Horrible horrible customer service and communication. Phone calls don’t get returned and my Grama had the worst care. My Grama has severe memory problems and this doctor put her off for months! Every visit was “let’s discuss this next time”. Carleen Klassen never diagnosed or ran tests. In fact she pretty much charged several co pays for “how are you today”. Now we have found the care she needs elsewhere and is finally receiving the care she deserves.

Amazing caring doctor, one who cares and listens to the patient. I don’t know how she does it but she talks to the patient for about an hour to find the root of the problem. We couldn’t ask for any better. Thank you Dr Klassen!
