Nicholas was an awesome representative for the hotel one of the main reasons we stayed. We were traveling south to Houston and trying to figure out where to stay on short notice. He was very helpful. Hotel was nice. Excellent experience would definitely do it again.

I had a really good experience staying at the Fairfield Marriott in Waxahachie, Texas. Elisha Webb was very professional and answered all my questions as I was checking in. The hotel is in a good location. Additionally, the whole staff was very friendly and professional.

Everyone we encountered was very nice. The gentleman that checked us in on Friday night was the most polite and pleasant front desk person I’ve dealt with in many years. Thank you! The room was nice, although the toilet seat was broken, it was a minor inconvenience. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Stayed here a few nights due to hurricane! The staff was absolutely amazing & so sweet!! We had the best stay and made us feel at home! We will definitely be back!

Location not great but ok you have to get thru traffic and all kinds circles to a store. My room is Executive suite restroom toilet paper hanger broke barely hanging no where to hang towels the hook was broken off shoqer head barely worked room had a very bad smell had to buy fresheners for it couch had some bad stains remotes didn't not work to the TVs ac barely cooled down the room by far the one of the worse I've stayed in for sure not worth the money

First, cockroaches in our fourth floor room, so obviously they are everywhere. Second, we were there three nights and got zero maid service despite specifically requesting it. Finally, the breakfast was spotty. Don’t get there late because they stopped replacing stuff in the last hour. I will not come here again.

Very pricey hotel. No maid service the 2nd day. Had to get clean towels, etc. from the front desk. Ice machine did not work on the 4th floor. Will not go back!
