Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig.
Allerdings war der Rest an dem Hotel nicht gut.
Wir haben noch nie so ein dreckiges Pool- Wasser gesehen.
Zudem hieß es, dass der Pool sehr warm beheizt ist.
Das stimmte nicht, denn im März war der Pool eiskalt.
Das Frühstück war schlechter als in jedem Drive- In- Motel.
Insgesamt ist diese Ecke nicht sonderlich sehenswert, ein Hotel an dem anderen, alles zu gepflastert.
Die Regelung mit den Handtüchern war auch eine Katastrophe am Strand, diese Handtücher waren dreckig, alt und viel zu klein.

Had the warmest welcome by Melissa at the front desk upon arrival. Very friendly. Every staff member i encountered was so helpful, smiling, and friendly. The room was great. Very clean, high ceilings, soft sheets, nice television. The complimentary breakfast was nice as well. So happy I stopped here in my travels.

The hotel was fabulous! The staff was tremendous Kimberly was amazing at breakfast and catered to us so nicely. Anything we requested she aimed to fulfill. We had the best room in the hotel and the only one like it and it was spacious with a double balcony so we carried our breakfast back to our room and ate on the large table on our balcony overlooking the ocean. In the evening they have happy hour and complimentary popcorn and cookies which is fun for all the pools and hot tubs. You have access to like 4 pools and 3 hot tubs and the ocean. They have a restaurant outside in the middle of all that too. Next time we will try it. The highlight of the whole stay was their chief engineer David I don’t have words for the amazing customer service and experience he works so hard to create for you. When we go back it will be just to say hello to him. The only thing I would recommend to this hotel is to get rid of the carpet. It is already sticky and grimy and is not going to last much longer at all. They seriously need to rip it out now and replace with the fake hardwood plank tile and just use a rug under the coffee table and beds. In fact do it now in this room that we stayed in to elevate it correctly and put a keurig and some board games on all that wasted countertop space for the guests to use in all that space and balcony. Make it fun and special in that room and you will really see a difference in the guest experience in the room itself. Would really like to see this hotel rise they have the staff and potential but they need to do just a little better with some simple touches. We usually stay at the Marriott 3 doors down and their rooms are already so nice and elegant. The rooms in this Fairfield is missing a touch of elegance, romance and family appeal. The rooms are bland is my point and if guests want to enjoy the ocean from the view in their rooms you’ve got to design a little better and utilize the spaces better. Oh last thing the breakfast has a lot of cage free egg options scrambled, microwaved quiche options and hard boiled eggs. The waffles were sweet and good with the strawberry compote. Think about a hot fresh pot of grits with butter and cheese on the side and of course biscuits and gravy and fresh fruit. These few things would make this hotel the only choice on the Pensacola coast without a doubt you would be full every week including the off seasons. I loved the quiet peaceful slow action around the hotel the week/weekend we spent there and if you don’t take any of my suggestions and implement them then we will continue to enjoy your slow off season. We had beautiful 75 degree weather the whole time and perhaps the quiet atmosphere contributed to our wonderful stay. All in all thanks for a wonderful time.

We are on our last night of a 4 night stay and this hotel has been amazing in every way. My son and I decided to do a mini getaway before Christmas. Check in was easy and they even upgraded us to a beachfront balcony view room. We really appreciated that! The location for beach days is perfect. Staying here you’re only a few steps away from the emerald waters and white sugar sand. The lazy river, heated pool and hot tub were always clean and immaculate. Staff was friendly. Free hot breakfast was ok, but it was free and ready every morning at 6:30am! There is a cute coffee shop right across the street “Bad Ass Coffee” that opened at 6am everyday and the espresso was soo smooth. Sunrise / sunset views were amazing. Thank you for the special stay guys. We got some much needed R&R.

Spectacular location right on the beach and many places available within walking distance. Beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms. The balcony view was fantastic and they have so much privacy that can sometimes be lacking elsewhere. Multiple convenient ways to access the beach (either through the pool area or from the second floor lobby) made getting there a breeze every time. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Plenty of light and windows in the common spaces making it a great atmosphere. The front desk people were amazing and friendly whenever we went to them.

This is one of my favorite hotels ever. It’s beautiful, but also feels relaxed and comfortable. I love the daily housekeeping that you don’t have to request. Most hotels are not providing that now. The pool was gorgeous with a lazy river and plenty of seating and umbrellas. And of course, the beautiful beach. Breakfast was included and I enjoyed the crustless spinach quiche and cheese soufflé, as well as the more traditional items. Fish Heads is a restaurant onsite next to the pool area. The food there was very good and varied. Just a most relaxing time at this hotel!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Great for families. Great value for money. Beautiful sea views. Clean modern rooms. Customer service was excellent. Free breakfast. Fun heated pool with great lazy river. Direct access to stunning beaches.
