worst HDFC branch. most of the staffs are not helpful, their always busy in call, from one month am visiting the branch to deposit cash,and also need to open an current account , I have given my number serval times,but no response.even the security is not helpful

Highly unprofessional bank with staff with no customer empathy.
I have submitted rekyc doc and until today my account is not unblocked.
On asking I was told reach to head of operation. Why should is speak to head of operations when I have submitted the form to you?

I too have imperia account and with having priority account relation with HDFC my problem is not sorted. #hdfc

This has to be the laziest bank branch in the entire history of banking. They turned my simple need of closing my bank account and getting a closure certificate for the same into an ordeal. Had to visit them 7 times and call the bank personnel multiple times just to push them for it, only to be told "Sir, I am busy", as if they are doing me a favour.
In the end, I went to old madras road branch and got the job done within 5 minutes, that too on a Saturday afternoon.

The Netbanking platform is the best with all information regarding investments, credit card usage on your finger tip. The customer service is substandard with overly aggressive marketing and RMs that are "needy"; they keep calling customers for no specific reason since "customers" are perhaps a stepping-stone from them to advance their careers. Most folks in HDFC Bank that I have interacted have tried to act like "investment advisors" but sometimes have miserably failed in addressing the basic banking needs.

Worst branch I have ever been to. It took 3 weeks and atleast 4-5 physical visit to open an account. For address change, few years down the line, they made me wait more than an hour just to provide the form.

To be honest, I'm not very pleased with the service provided by the Bank. Services provided my other banks are far better and more convenient for customers. It's been like a hassle to deal with HDFC. However, I will not blame this on any individual as it is not their fault. Rules and regulations are implemented by the Bank and not an individual. Though my experience hasn't been very good with the bank, I would like to thank E haritha jyothi from this branch, who took the initiative to help me get my account activated and ensure that I get my debit card on time. She personally followed up on the status and kept me posted via calls and msgs. She is the only reason why I'm rating this branch 5.Thank you ma'am for all the help.
