My girl Jenni gives the best facials ever! I’ve had many acne facials over the years and none of them compare to Jenni’s facials. She is so sweet and knowledgeable and i always look forward to her and her facials!! GO SEE JENNI

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I just recently got a kidney transplant and am back in the hospital. I’m not allowed to be around a lot of people because of my compromised immune system. I’ve been trying to cancel over the phone. My wife and I have called multiple times to get this cancelled and the employees keep giving us the runaround and the manager won’t call back knowing all of this about me already. It seems extremely unprofessional and honestly cruel to me. It’s putting my life at risk by having to go in person to cancel the membership. Also another location has told me I can cancel over the phone. This location is specifically predatory to customers. Their business model is to make it so difficult and such a headache to cancel that you just give up and keep paying for services not rendered.

Brandon is my favorite massage therapist and no one can tell me otherwise. Also a lot of others on staff are very sweet and friendly.

As a long-time Massage Envy member, I’m increasingly frustrated with their recent practices.

The constant promotional text messages are intrusive, and the introduction of the Tippy app—which charges customers a service fee for leaving tips via credit card—feels like an unnecessary attempt to extract more money from clients.

Additionally, discouraging the use of Zelle for tips and reinstating credit card tipping with added fees further complicates the tipping process. These tactics suggest a focus on profit over customer satisfaction.

Management should reconsider these strategies, or I will be compelled to cancel my family’s memberships at this location.

I had a 90 min session with Natiyah and she was very gentle yet firm during the massage and worked in spots I felt tension without needing to say anything. She was kind in guiding me through what we were going to do and it was an overall good first experience. The atmosphere was great, and the women at reception were polite and respectful as well. Will be coming back.

Very unprofessional! I called previously to request cancellation of my membership. The manager at the time apologized and stated she would cancel my membership. As of today, a fee was deducted from my bank account. I called today, 6/25 to advise of same and the lady whom answered the phone was very rude and refused to provide me with her name and she disconnected the call. Very disappointed!!!

UPDATE (6/7): Received a call today from the Area Manager of Massage Envy as a result of this review. She helped me out immediately and confirmed my cancelation. She also refunded my June payment. Bumped the review from 1-star to 3-stars.

6/6/2024-I have had fantastic massages at Massage Envy for many years, but due to my travel schedule, I needed to cancel my membership in February 2024. In January, I informed the desk staff about my decision. She made notes in my account and assured me that the last payment would be in February, and no further action was required on my part.

However, in March, I noticed another charge on my credit card. Busy with my travels, I didn't immediately call and assumed it was the final payment. When April came around and I was charged again, I called Massage Envy. The person who answered promised to cancel my membership and have the manager call me regarding the payment. No one called back, but since the charge did not impact me significantly, I let it slide.

In May, after another charge, I called again and spoke with Kelanie. She informed me that I needed to complete a form. I received the form via email, filled it out, and returned it immediately. I reached out to confirm receipt but received no response from Kelanie.

This morning, I checked my credit card statement and saw yet another charge for June. I am still waiting to hear back from Kelanie or anyone at this location. Despite being a member of Massage Envy since 2006, this experience has left me feeling like this is a shady way to do business. Consequently, I will not be using their services again.

*If you're looking for a real spa/Zen feel, this is NOT the place* Upon entering the lobby looks ans feels like a spa. So does the waiting area. However, when you enter the room for your massage, there's no spa decor, candles or oil/scent diffusers. It looks like a corporate office or old hotel room turned into a massage room. The paint color, furniture and carpet are outdated and dingy. The services are way over priced for the full experience. I'm giving two stars because I thought the lady who gave me the massage did a good job but I would never go back if I want to actually be pampered.
