I’ve been to this location at least three times. The place is clean and welcoming. On one of my visits, I lost my NFCU debit card and went in to get a replacement. I was greeted upon entry and was asked what assistance I needed. I advised I needed to speak with an agent to get my card replaced. The agent who assisted me was nice and courteous. I was able to get my card within 15 minutes which was awesome. NFCU service is always excellent. They also have a 24hr number where there are available live agents to assist you. I so love this convenience!! ?

no coin machine

Also super busy

Also, if I'm coming to pick up a check and documents and already waited in line for 20 min, how are you gonna tell me there's "another disbursement" ahead of me and to wait another 30 min? Girl, just print off the paper, it is a set of documents and a check!

Also no bidet in the single, small, dingy bathroom. You can tell a good amount about the investment in an establishment by the quality of 'optional' rooms like a restroom.

Also, the splash page on their guest wifi login portal has an expired cert. Sketchy.

Second time at this location in a month. First time, the wait was long, and service was friendly but unhelpful. Wouldn’t even print a page for the transaction we were at the bank for— they made us go to FedEx to print a page for them to notarize.

Today went again for a simple wire. There was one person ahead of me and I waited for over an hour before getting called. After an hour, I asked if they had an idea of how much longer I would be waiting and they were defensive— “oh you’re the next one.” Yeah I know I’m next because there was only one person ahead of me when I got here, any idea if it will be 5 more minutes or another hour?

At several times, there were 4-5 employees without anyone if front of them for large blocks of time.

Very slow and inefficient, not respectful of your time.

I came in today and there were 3 people ahead of me. The wait was incredibly long as the tellers were extremely slow. I understand customer service is key but you can be friendly and move along. When I was next in line, one of the two tellers left, then came back to tend to the drive-thru window that the first teller, Aspen, was already tending to. Both this teller and Aspen decide to have a personal conversation while I’m still waiting. I was the only customer left in line inside and they don’t even acknowledge me. Then, Aspen tended to me. I brought in rolls of change to cash in. There was some loose quarters, nickels, and dimes. The loose change was not enough to put in rolls. Aspen took so long to count the loose change. She counted and recounted multiple times. This is not an exaggeration. Then she got confused and said, “I hope I got this right.” It was $14 in loose change. It was not difficult. I would just think if you work at a bank, change shouldn’t confuse you. The whole experience was just absolutely frustrating.

Absolutely horrible. I deposit an $11,000 check so I can pay off a credit card and go see my 18 year old son before he deployed over seas. Now mind you the teller inside the Round Rock TX branch told me that $250 would be available the next day which was Friday and then the rest would be available The next day on Saturday. Well I got the $250 but then they decided to place a hold on the check and couldn't even notify me. The check has cleared and says it has posted online and in my app but none of it is available. Now it won't be released until 7 days after the day I deposited and we are going to miss saying goodbye to our only son before he leaves for 10 months praying to God he comes home alive. On top of that getting charged daily interest on an over the limit credit card that I was trying to to pay off. All they can tell me is oh we're sorry nothing they can do. I know this place does a lot for service members but holding family members money so they miss there boy being deployed is awful. The only suggestion I was given was to apply for a loan with them to get the money I needed. That's makes me wonder did they do this in purpose thinking that since I'm paying the interest on the credit card let's get him to get a loan so he can pay us more money with no resolution. Just another financial institution that doesn't care about the little people as long as the top can line their pockets.

I have been here three times. To sit up an account the wait was 2 hours so we were told to come back another day. The second time we came back we waited an hour. On the third visit wanted to purchase a cd. Wait time 40 min.

We love banking with Navy Federal. And love that the services offered are awesome and the employees are always pleasant. However, the wait time for in-person services is extremely long. Recommend using online banking when possible.

45 minute wait for them to tell me they can't help me in person and I should just do what I need to on the app. Why even if have a branch if you're unable to do basic bank tasks in person?
