I’m not sure why there are so many one star reviews. Very puzzling to me. I attended the 2 hour free workshop and was intrigued. I went ahead and invested in the 3 days workshop (I believe it was $297).

I took off work to attend all 3 days. I found the speaker (Ryan C) to be very sincere and extremely knowledgeable. Joe Arias (the founder) was there as well so I got to meet him in person. I found so much value in this, the tiny bit I paid was worth it. They were very upfront and transparent about what they offer and why. Refunds were even offered more than once if you didn’t get anything out of it.

I am glad I went. Made me feel much more comfortable and confident armed with the knowledge I need to start investing in real estate.

BIG WASTE OF TIME!
My wife came across an ad talking 2-Hour free class to learn about real estate investing. My wife and I showed up to the hotel, we were greeted by polite people and we sat down with others and listened to a salesman. He explained all that we would be getting out of a 3-day course workshop. He was pretty good with his pitch, and drove emotion up in the room when clenching on family. He pitched The 3-day workshop as 3 days that we will be taught how to wholesale, learn real estate strategies, learn about how to protect our investments through the tax code as well as llc's, as well as software and data anzylers.All of it was very promising and he explained that if we act now we could pay for ourselves and a plus one about 300 bucks for this 3-day class, that would teach us everything we were told during the 2 hour class.
It sounded almost too good to be true. So we took 3 days off of work and arranged a sitter. During the first day, during the morning, everyone was very excited, including myself and my wife. As far as being able to finally understand how to start getting into selling real estate, especially with other people's money and not having to produce our own capital to begin with. Being that I have sales experience, I started noticing that they were deviating away from what we were all promised to be taught, and learning the topics promised. We were listening to a bunch of sales clinchers, not focus on the how we get there, but the why.( Building the emotion, and when the emotion is high, you asked about Which Shawn wasn't very good as the old white man from the 2hr class). I started seeing through the facade and after the first day I explained to my wife, who also noticed, that it was a facade building the value of something that we were supposed to buy at the end and not actually a 3-day course on learning anything. I didn't understand why Shawn (The speaker/salesman), built the emotion and got the room excited, he never asked to buy and he never presented the they're sticker shock then. Most of the information was general knowledge. Alot of things that we already knew or most people knew already.
We were misled, and misinformed about what actually was happening. I explained the facade to a couple people, during group discussion, what was really going on. The entire thing was a complete waste of time, and I actually lost money because I took time off of work in order to do this, and I'm I'm not getting what I paid for.
The funniest thing that stood out to me is that in the student application after reading it, I didn't fill it out, but you're filling out a prequal paper and selecting a group that would best close you at the table based on your personality you check the box for. They didn't ask you for your social but they did ask you detailed information on your income, 401K total amounts, personal property, assets, credit lines, ect. This was laughable, I've sold Kirby's, and cars, ect All things that are tangible. But I've never seen a group so bold as to try to pitch only an idea of something extract for thousands of dollars of your hard-earned money and the way they went about it was deceitful. But I guess that sales.
Long story short, don't waste your time or your money. I would like A complete refund of what I was charged because I bought something that I didn't actually receive. Which is technically fraud so I believe a refund is in order, and I hope that you guys are more clear in the future on what you are selling, the service that you're selling, and how much it is for instead of wasting 72 hours plus of people's time and hard-earned money.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Real Success. When my friend and I signed up, we made it clear that we were international students. Despite this, we were persuaded to pay the $5,000 down payment under the promise from Joe (not Joe Arias but a different one, he never mentioned his last name ) that he would provide the contact information of their lawyers to address any doubts we had. Unfortunately, Joe failed to deliver on this promise and never followed up with us to check on our progress or provide any meaningful assistance.
To make matters worse, he also did not inform us that we only had about five days to back out of the program if we changed our minds. This lack of transparency was incredibly frustrating and felt like a breach of trust.

After deciding not to proceed, and several emails and calls (because no one would answer) we were promised a refund. However, it has been over 20 days, and the refund has still not been issued. My attempts to reach out to the company have largely been ignored, except for Monica from the Student Department, who has been the only person responsive to my inquiries.
This experience has been deeply disappointing and it has taught me a lot of lessons. I urge anyone considering this program to proceed with caution. The lack of professionalism, broken promises, and poor communication make it difficult to recommend this company to anyone.

Update (November 21): After posting this review, Antonio from the company reached out to me and accelerated the refund process. He informed me that the delay was due to a mistake by the financial department. While I appreciate the fact that my refund has now been processed, it is very disappointing that it took posting a public review to get any real action. Throughout this process, the finance department never answered any of my phone calls, further adding to my frustration. I hope the company improves its internal processes and communication to prevent such experiences for future clients.

?Preying on the weak vulnerable!

What a wasted of time and 299.00 this weekend. They pretty much gave people a lot of motivational speeches about the financial economy. The guy who was facilitating the event by the name of Shawn was arrogant and very unprofessional speeding through the slides, when a questions was asked it was bushed off and ignored multiple times. When my wife and I signed up for the this event we was give the impression that we was going into the
actual classes etc.
I would like A complete refund of what I was charged because I bought something that I didn't actually receive. Which is very deceitful. The application process they ask for all of you personal information such as 401k, credit score, credit cards, home equity, lines of credit etc. if you don’t meet they criteria they want you to finance it like it’s a student loan or something ?, when we was told you don’t need no credit and money to invest in real estate. I hope that you guys are more clear in the future on what you are selling, the service that you're selling, and how much it is instead of wasting people's time and money.

Terrible! Don’t waste your time. Found their ad through Instagram and went to their free course. This course had a lot of good info and examples of how we can benefit from this. Which led to a 3 day course. Suppose to get even more info and how to do this field etc. A lot of time wasted and led to 30K to finally learn the “important” things. I wonder what is next. Very scammy, they pull you out one by one and talk to you. Really to see if you can afford the program. And push you some more if you have the funds. If you pay same day, you get a discount… this is scam style. Goodbye. Everyone wake up and don’t waste your time. So many of these people do this nowadays it is sick! Watch them don’t answer you calls/emails once you pay.

Honestly I'm very disappointed it was nothing we expected or what we were told they would teach us. To begin with, when we went to the free course we were told we would get the links to websites that would help us find discounted homes among other things. We did not receive that. Not to mention that it was supposed to be 9-6 and on the first day it was done at 4:30, the next 5:30 and on the last 3:30. So we didn't even get the full time with them. It's very disappointing that we had to call out of work and pay over $390 since it was 3 of us and now be short on money and resources. If you don't pay the 30k they won't help you. It's honestly better to pay 30k for a real estate license than join the "elite" program. Not to mention if you don't have the money they will ask if you have a credit card to pay or take a loan out. If I would've know that the class wouldn't teach us anything good or at least give us the links we were promised we wouldn't have simply gone. I have been in real estate for a couple of years and everything Nate said we knew. We were also promised legal documents to help us and he only talked about that for 30 sec just giving us the names of what we need instead of showing us actual papers and how to do them. Disappointed and frustrated is an understatement.

The speaker was a great speaker and sales person. I wish I actually learned more of the details of real estate since i paid for the class, but they only share that with their students. It was alot about mindset and retirement which I've been to other workshops and that's all they talked about too so I was excited to hear something different, but it was the exact same thing. Not only was alot of it the same content, but it was the identical "traditions" that they make you do too. I think it's crap that they spend their time teaching you the traditions instead of actual real estate. Really bummed that this was no more than a sales pitch.
