Our family stays at Regency Towers every year. We love that there are 2 pools, one that is heated and the other is not. The walk to the beach through the sand is super short, which is great when lugging around all the stuff for your kids. There is a food/drink bar between the pools, which is so convenient when you don't want to cook or load up in the car. There are also large swings along the walkway to take in the view when you don't want to walk in the sand. Very family friendly.

My 3 friends and I were excited to stay at Unit 126 as we had stayed at the Regency Towers before and loved it. We were all set to travel from Georgia on Friday, 9/27/24 when Hurricane Helene struck the night before. Georgia as well as other States was declared a State of Emergency by our Governor. Therefore, even though we heard that Panama City Beach was spared, we were nervous about traveling there as we had family on our travel path who had downed trees and no power. My friend who had booked the condo had been in touch with the owner all week. The owner had offered to cancel or reschedule (but only reschedule for a period of less than 2 months which was not convenient for any of our schedules). We ended up canceling. They only refunded us $330 (fees), so we did not receive the refund of the additional cost of $665. Whoever my friend spoke to was condescending to her, laughed, and said something like "It's only $995 - it's not like it's a lot of money". Well, it is a lot to us as we work hard for our money. Hurricane Helene was one of the worse hurricanes in history. My friends and I are highly disappointed in the owners of Unit 126.

Took my son here for his first birthday, we had a great stay enjoyed our time at the pool and beach! Only issue we had was our floors were really dirty still like made our feet black dirty. But other than that it was great.

Positives: Our room was comfy. Great customer service. Great location. Wonderful beach/pool bar/food! We really enjoyed our stay!
Negitive: Could use better follow up inspection on cleaning the rooms. Ex. Dried spilled soda under couch, dirty dishes(told front desk and they IMMEDIATELY came and replaced them), and the a/c return has a door with slats that were COVERED in dust.

We had to make a change of plans to Panama City Beach and were lucky enough to find two available condos at Regency Towers. The best thing about this condo was the fact that it was right on the beach. The views were amazing and the amenities the condo offered were also fantastic. Kids loved having two pools to chose from and the adults loved having Bikini Bobs available to get a cold drink at anytime.

I enjoyed my stay but I believe whom ever the owner of room 412 could really do so improvement fo 1 thing the front door wouldn't stay locked all you had to do is wiggle the handle and it would just pop right open! Not safe at all!!! And the sliding doors 1 want lock and they need cleaning or servicing cause you can't hardly open or close either one!!! The patio ceiling fan has been removed and the wires are hanging down!!! NEED IMPROVEMENT!!!

Highly recommend we take a girl’s trip yearly & the past 3 have been to PCB we have e stayed at Regency each time and absolutely love it the view is beautiful, it’s clean , everyone is so nice and the pineapple pina~colada at the tiki bar is amazing!!! We will definitely be back next year ❤️

Everything was awesome with the exception of the elevator. There are three, but the main one in the middle locks up constantly and we had to walk to the others. I realize with tons of floors and rooms there would be a wait, but the elevator being broken really messed up the trip. The pools were awesome. Views were beautiful and our condo was top notch.
