Paid money for filing tax, and have been following up with them continuously. They either don't pick your call if they do all they do is ask for email id. Avoid them and don't even go near them.

Call from a new number they will pick up and they will cut call after you share email id.

Do not entertain them, they will call you on regular basis till you don't agree to avail the services. Few days back I have received a call from their employee (Manisha), she told me that I have to pay 1000 + GST for filling my ITR , before paying the fee I have sent my all documents to her so that she can go through it. Post checking the documents she told me to deposit the fee but post receipts of fee I got a call for additional fee as there was trading activity in my form 16 which I had communicated her initially. They denied me for refund which I have paid them in advance.
* I don't think they are so immature that they cannot decide which type of ITR they need to file by going through all documents. They show you discounted amount as bait to trap customers.

I paid them online for a tax related query. These guys never responded. I tried following up with them number of times but no response not even an acknowledgement of my query. My recommendation is to completely avoid them. They are totally non-responsive to customer's needs. Please avoid them.

Pathetic service; they lack basic client management skills and are extremely money oriented- they quote one price on email and another on website; basically just trying to scam you

This year as well I would like to once again appreciate Mr Ashish on his superlative performance in filing all 11 ITR ‘s for all my family members , I found him great at his work and the understanding levels and speed of the work was extra ordinary this time as well. We had a mix of all ITR 1/2/4 for our family and he showed tremendous confidence in filing all of them , he went extra mile to give services to me at late hours like 12 am , 1 am as I have a different time zone . They are biggest fraudsters. Once you pay them you will receive no response unless you do follow-ups. Post submission of my documents they even didn't know how to do correct tax calculation. Despite several follows for refund no proper response. I have escalated the complaint to HDFC securities as I found them thru their website.
