I turned in my keys today and it was a bittersweet moment, I had a really good experience with my stay and I loved my apartment. Super cute. The service request I submitted were completed in a timely manner and the service provided by the staff was always friendly. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Domain at Ellington.

-- UPDATE - 8-21-24- MY TRUCK WAS STOLEN FROM THE PAID PARKING SPOT AND THE GATES STILL DO NOT FUNCTION ----The best part about living here is management threatening trespassing charges for people who jump the fence of the pool, yet all 3 entrance and exit gates have now been broken and defective for a full calendar year. Management is abhorrent to the point i have to have property district managers involved in simple conversations. I did not resign a longer lease specifically because of Tamkia Johnson, and highly advise other more affordable alternatives. -- UPDATE - 8-21-24-

Apartment and Area is great very blessed to be here but one month in and MS TAMIKA MANAGER hands down has been the most rudest and just the worst to talk to about anything or even ask any question she makes your sound dumb or like you’re asking a stupid question she’s very aggressive all the time
Our first night moving in the vehicle was towed and we were not aware or mentioned about it being towed if we don’t immediately register the vehicles only very briefly mentioned and called us to tell us we need to get that done she was very aggressive and mean and when my girlfriend was very quietly asking why is she being so mean MS TAMIKA yelled out calling my girlfriend out in the background asking if she wants to get confrontational
Very very very unprofessional for a manager to say “what is ms Britany saying ? Tell her to get on the phone”

One month in and still yet to get my valet trash and went to the main office to ask for my trash bin and told me she’ll get it to me but didn’t ask for any of my information so idk how she know who I am or where I’m located at. And paid for valet service and didn’t even use this month. MS TAMIKA

We moved in on the 6th of October and out on the 12th...these apartments are probably the worst apartments I have ever been too. If you get apartment 2110 you better back out as soon as possible. The fridge is infested with GERMAN ROACHES. These roaches are everywhere in this unit and do not die unless actual professionals and upkeep is done to these apartments. There is one girl in the office by the name of Andrea who thinks that just because of a couple of roaches that's the only reason we freaked out but 20 roaches in one window is not a couple of roaches. The unit smelled like cat piss, the cabinets had stains on them, in the kitchen, and both restrooms, and then you had blood stains inside the fridge. The apartment was not move in ready and the roaches added the cherry on top. Luckily the manager gave our money back and allowed us to move out but let this be a warning, unless they get new management for these apartments I don't see any of this getting better. Come to find out the unit we had is available already...

I lived here for a over a year and never had roaches i would not have stayed if there was even one i couldn’t not a chance. I moved to a more upgraded complex but i feel the price here is fair for what you get the upgraded apartments are nice. My only issue is the pool was closed the whole time i lived there and i was right in front of it not being able to use it. Hope they fix it

So far I am very happy at my one bedroom apartment... It's a really affordable apartment in my opinion. As long as the apartment is clean, there are no issues with roaches in my experience. I just want to thank Janet at the leasing office for being so kind and responsive! ?
