I am living in The Kenzie On The westin hotel side. Every morning at 5 a.m., a garbage truck arrives, followed by continuous hotel supply deliveries until 9 a.m., disrupting my sleep each time. The noise from these trucks is so loud that it’s impossible to sleep without earplugs for me. Additionally, I can clearly hear every step from my upstairs neighbor, and my downstairs neighbor has also complained about hearing my footsteps, asking me to be more mindful. Overall, it’s a very noisy and uncomfortable environment. It is absolutely nightmare!

Living at the Kenzie has been a great experience! The staff here really goes above and beyond—they’re friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely care about the residents. The location is perfect, with everything you need right around the corner, and the building itself is always clean and well-kept. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with a team that treats you like family, Kenzie is the spot!

Do not rent an apartment here! This place is awful.

I’ve been living here for 8 months, and I have ants everywhere — in the bathroom, on my toothbrushes, even inside my coffee machine. A couple of times, I ended up drinking coffee with ants. They even crawl on me!

Management does nothing to resolve the issue. They just send pest control, which works for a maximum of five days before the problem returns. These apartments need serious repairs before being rented out to people.

It’s terrible, and I deeply regret moving here. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I recently secured a lease at The Kenzie, and I have to say, the staff there is absolutely AMAZING. Back in June/July, I toured the property knowing I wouldn’t be moving until October/November. The tour was exceptional, and every one of my questions was answered thoroughly. Now, fast forward to the present – the leasing representative I spoke with months ago not only remembered me but also remembered my dog’s name and breed. To top it off, they even sent me details about my dream apartment four months later! (Thank you Ashlynn). Their genuine care and dedication to helping me have made this experience so special. I can't wait to move in!

The office environment is outstanding. “Ashlynn” greets you with the warmest smile, “Alexa” and “Angela” communicate in soft, reassuring tones, and “Debbie” listens patiently until you’ve said everything. “Roger”, with his upbeat voice, handles “maintenance” with a great attitude. Where do I start .. The property itself is very beautiful and it's located in a very vibrant & social location in the Domain. Needless to say the property sells itself, but what takes it over the top is it staff, from the leasing agents to the property manager. Debbie was very personable and professional and friendly, Needless to say that the property & staff has made my top 3 prospect list... I will most definitely refer this place to co workers & family & friends.. Great job team Kenzie.
