This location has an issue with tellers vs customer, the line moves slowly. Usually only 2 teller are working and one of them is trying to handle drive thru and inside customers. I once opened an account there and didn't couldn't resolve an issue with zelle on my account after many attempts and departments, but they were quick to charge monthly fees or drafting the account leaving me no other option to close my accounts.

Their atms are garbage. It take my card and check and they don’t have an emergency number on at the moment for a malfunction. The branch’s managers can’t be contacted after hours because truist doesn’t have any of the employee numbers. They all have a third party deal with at the moment issues. It took someone more then 45 minutes in the truist number to even be able to get a report in and they did it wrong. I spent six days almost a week without my funds because they marked the issue as resolved without resolving my money into my account. The people inside each told me a different thing, and they never pick up the phone. Why have a phone if your not going to answer it when clients call, even one of the supervisors who tried to reach them couldn’t because they didn’t pick up the phone and had to go through email their supervisor to get a response.

Also what’s up with no withdrawal slips? Why are you making me say how much money I’m taking out in public? That’s how you get jumped/robbed in the parking lot or followed home.

This bank used to be very good 30 years ago when it was suntbank a little less when it became suntrust now as truist they are horrible. We opened an account for my youngest starting college we were told the account didn't need a balance since it's a student.
We go and try to deposit into it today and were told it was closed because there was no balance in it. I was speaking to the lady who actually opened the account for us, and she acted like it wasn't her fault. We got no email phone call or text about it. We do get phone calls however from them to invest in their
MMA's and CD's so I made an appointment with them later this week I told them it was to open a CD wait till I tell them I'm closing all my accounts. We don't deal with incompetence.

Da pena las cosas que pasan en los bancos a pesar de ser los mismos,en uno te dicen una cosa y en otros hacen otra,para depositar un cheque en mi cuenta que viene a nombre de dos personas no es valido la presencia de la otra persona ni la licencia de conduccion,que es un documento oficial y en el mismo banco deposite un cheque igual un mes antes y no tuve problemas,deberas no entiendo nada cada dia que pasa vamos mas para atras o ponen personas que no conocen su trabajo.

I was at the bank today trying to cash the a check and they made it impossible the teller was really rude and then the manager came and he was extremely disrespectful he didn't want to cash the check because I'm not a customer of the bank and he made me leave the bank without cashing the check I asked him the reason why and he said because you are not our customer so we dont have to take care of you .
