My husband and I have worked with Tess for about a year. On our first consultation we were a bit nervous about what to expect, but this was quickly replaced with enthusiasm and hope as she gently prodded us as to why planning for the future was so important to us, which made us dream a little about what we wanted our lives to look like in the near and far future. Tess carefully walked us through financial goals throughout the year that fit our family’s desires when it came to retirement savings, childcare, insurance planning, and even budgeting. I’ve been working with Tess for a few months now, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! I finished my pediatric residency a couple of years ago and had been putting off addressing my financial situation, but I got motivated after my husband and I had our daughter this past year.
