My parents and I put in an offer for a house in which Mrs. Gonzalez was the realtor. For starters, my parents (the buyers) had to ask for an extension to the initial contract. My parents signed the extension before the sellers did. Mrs. Gonzalez scratched certain stuff on the extension AFTER my parents signed it and WITHOUT consulting with us, she had her clients sign that extension. Mrs. Gonzalez never consulted with us before making any of those changes. Additionally, on the day of closing, my parents had to sign the Closing documents before the sellers. Even then, Mrs. Gonzalez scratched out once again clauses from a Post-Occupancy Agreement and did not even consult with us (the buyers). Thankfully, we had retained an attorney and was able to come to an agreement to what Mrs. Gonzalez demanded. All this is to say, that Mrs. Gonzalez lacks common courtesy.
