Always new employees here other than a couple of regular. If it's busy I usually do the self checkout which is never recommended verbally by any of the cashier's that I've heard whilst a big line is formed, sometimes blocking the door. I'm not waiting 20 minutes while someone argues prices or can't decide on what lotto tickets or tobacco they want.
Other than that, the employees are stocking when it's not busy so getting them to the counter sometimes is a hassle and they don't keep up with the hot case very often, a lot of dried up food made hours before.

I really appreciate the weekly gas discounts—the 5 cents off makes a big difference! The store is busy, but it’s always clean, and the customer service has been great.

The bottom-heavy dark girl cashier on Sunday nights sucks in terms of her customer service. Opted to check myself out after I was not greeted. I placed my two items on the counter and she sort of stared at me but didn't say anything. When I grabbed my items to self-checkout, she still didn't say anything. What a weirdo. Place is filthy too, I just stopped for convenience.

Update: To your reply, I don't care enough, I just will not return. The other reviews speak for themselves.

I really wish this store was a lot cleaner. It was my daily stop on the way to work but they never have fresh coffee. Electronic machines never have hot water or even the slightest taste of coffee. Stopped by racetrack today and they had: 1. Fresh hit coffee 2. Clean store 3. Friendly employees. I hope someone reads this and makes changes to employment so I can start making this my daily stop again.

I was in the parking lot @ this store location 42099 & observed an employee harassing a group of teenagers. These teens were sitting on the benches after they made purchases. As I observed the rudeness & attitude from the employee who was caucasian I got out of my vehicle. She advise them they need to leave & could not sit there. I heard one of the teenagers tell her they made a purchase. The employee stated she did not care & leave before she call the cops in her words. Clearly it’s no sign that states you are unable to sit. I exit my vehicle to ask her what was the problem & try to diffuse the situation. This employee was very unprofessional. I received her name from another employee. I believe her name is Kristen from what I was told. She definitely does not have the communications skills. She went as far as to call the police for no apparent reason. I made a complaint on her to corporate. She definitely demonstrated prejudiced behavior! I am highly disappointed in lack of accountability this store showed.

Lady refuses to sell lott even though it's before the cutoff time also they won't sell it on sundays even though per the official lottery you can buy on sundays

They don’t honor the promotions. I saw the buy one king penut butter Reese’s get one free. The cashier charge me both $8.00 after I asked her about the one free she said she had added the promo but she lied. She seems she was in hurry to go help another customer. Worst customer ever! Did not give a receipt and run out. Wow this happen today 3/18/2024 around 6pm. Will not be returning!

I don’t completely understand the recent reviews but when I came to this 7/11. The employees were nice and they’ve greeted every person that came through the door, and to also mention the place was well near and tidy. No complaints here! There was comfort seating a lot of available foods that you typically don’t get nearby the 7/11 at the high school. Also fresh tacos!
