Felt feeling disappointed…. I bought my neverfull mm in January 2022. They didn’t charge me to have it shipped to Dallas and repaired. They told me LV changed the way they manufactured the straps in 22 and they have since discounted that because of this issue. I later found out that that’s not at all true. So Im a bit confused why the store would tell me that. Anyways, it took 8.5 week, so don’t expect your purse back at the 4-6 week turnaround they quote. I get that the parts take time but set a realistic expectation or get the parts ordered, let me know to drop my purse off and ship it then. Also while I had it sent in I asked about the green markings on the top of the bag. Some reps claimed it to be me spilling things. I can assure you that’s not what’s happening. Nothing goes in this bag if it can cause this. Some said it’s from rubbing against something. I truly believe it’s the canvas rubbing the canvas. It’s also super frustrating that 3 different people told me 3 different things on how to get the green stains out. One of them even said it won’t come out don’t try…. I feel like if I’m shopping at a luxury store and spending $1800 on a PURSE there should be consistent answers amongst the care of the purse. Not happy with it. I honestly don’t even want to use it with the stains, but whatever. They did repair the straps and they look great, so i will say they deserve credit there.

Nothing against this store in particular, I’ve had great service here. However, considering the price point of LV purses, I would expect more….this bag is 9 years old but was only used during winter months for 7 and it has completely worn off on the one side (see photos included) of the bag. When I went to the store to see what could be done, they said “nothing”. I would expect more from a luxury brand. Will make me think twice about purchasing LV products in the future.

Thank you for great customer service SANI I been reading review and everyone is mad at manager you doing great job at customer service if you have problem at home please don’t bring it to work and treat customer bad?
I stop by to do exchange not return talk to two manager got decline bc they said been used
I been buying Lv stuff for past ten days
They pull up my account they will see I’m not that type of customer
I wear all LV shoes shirt at the time of visit
Rude manager
They let customer walk around with shoes in store and now they decline my exchange saying it’s been used
I will stop buying then if they don’t know how to treat customer + I’m not done this is not about $1000 it’s about how you treat repeatedly customer

Very kind sales associate! Showed me numerous bags and luggage and trunks and accessories. I am bad with names but something with “anah” in it I believe. I will only be shopping through her she is very kind and good at her job! Moving to Dallas soon but will be coming back whenever I need a new product.

Don’t expect this location to have repair services. All repairs ships to Dallas location and weeks upon completion. I was left frustrated as a $3.5k bag zipper suddenly snapped off just within 2.5yrs of having it. When I brought it in the store the attendant said my bag was in almost new and was kept in good condition (hence me even being alarmed an inside zipper broke off). After confirming my bag was legit, they ran it through the system to then let me know it would be $100 to cover a replacement zipper.
Idk about others but in no way should I be paying over $100 to fix a simple zipper on a very expensive luxury item that’s less than 2.5yrs old.

With their bogus policy, if it’s within 2 yrs they are able to have complementary services to fix. Anything beyond 2yrs they are def going to charge you any kind of fee possible.

Word to the wise- don’t let any unauthorized vendors fix or repair your bag and then bring back to LV for second opinion or assistance as they will immediately decline any kind of new services to help fix your purchases.

We were their for over an hour looking for the right purse, the sale associate was great. She was patient, offered several styles and sizes of purses and doing so provided a nice glass of champagne as I made my decision. Very pleased with my purchase and enjoyed shopping at the store.
