I went to this location this morning right before they were supposed to open at 7:00am, the manager ( I believe) showed up at 6:58am. The open time came 7:00 am and there were no lights turned on and no open doors. Another employee arrived at 7:02 am and the manager opened the door for her and closed the door. The store is supposed to be open by now. I stood in front of the door because I was waiting for it to open, finally the employee came to the window at 7:10am and speaking to me through the window, I could barely understand her. I think I understood there was no light. I just walked away bothered and thought their customer service really sucks.

I visited the CVS pharmacy on August 20 in the am and was harassed by employee there ( older woman). I had several products and I went to self checkout but had trouble scanning. Instead of her telling me what I needed to do she was verbally complaining then reached over me and had her hand in my bag with items. I asked her to please step away from me ( too close and she was complaining). It was very uncomfortable and she continued to harass me after I scanned and as I was paying for the products. I asked her to stop and she ventured behind an aisle. I will never go back, she was definitely a disgruntled employee and felt she could be unprofessional since there was no evidence of other employees. The employees there I have encountered previously have always been so kind and helpful. She was Creepy!! I will not go back there.

Absolutely avoid buying six packs of sodas or any sodas for that manner from CVS. My grandmother bought these. Avoid at all costs not only are these things overpriced. Only one of them was drinkable put them in the fridge woke up the next morning and they are all flat. This is the second time this has happened from this location and this is quite honestly ridiculous at this point. If this was a dollar store, I wouldn’t be mad the nerve of this place to overcharge everyone around them by at least 10 to 20% is mind-boggling to me. I will be escalating this to corporate and making sure that anyone I speak to know to steer very clear of this. Sorry excuse for a CVS location shut it down if y’all can’t keep track of the good and bad stuff on your shelf. Y’all are still selling, expired sodas shame on every single one of y’all at CVS.

Young rude pharmacy techs. Do not recommend this location. They were too busy talking to help customers and then had an attitude because I had a problem waiting 10 minutes watching them talk and laugh. Very immature and no oversight from the pharmacist.

I see some negative reviews on this CVS; but I went away with a positive impression. The store is very clean with good merchandise presentation. Out of stocks are minimal.

If you have a problem getting a prescription filled, it is usually a problem with your insurance that prevents the pharmacy from filling it.

I was there on a Sunday afternoon. The store was well staffed with friendly associates.

Horrible experience, my elderly mother needed to use the restroom, it was filthy! There are two restrooms but one has an OUT OF Sign as well as Employee Only sign on it! The single public restroom is for Everyone else, Handicap included!! A line formed while we waited, an employee came and used her key to get into what I am presuming was a clean restroom! She even smiled at us when she left. Yes she took care of her business while CVS customers waited!!

I’ve been coming here for the pharmacy for a while, and they’ve always been good enough. But tonight I picked up three prescriptions, and Marvin was at the drive thru window. And let me tell ya… Marvin is a total angel!! He informed me my antibiotics would be $$, then said to hold on and offered to see what he could do to get this cost down (without my even asking). He got it down to $ and I was so grateful. He then informed me the nasal spray can also be purchase OTC and asked another tech to go look at the pricing on the shelf to see which was cheaper (again, without my asking). I was so impressed with his initiative to do the right thing for the customer despite making his job slightly more difficult in order to do so. This man deserves a raise and I hope he’s there for a while. He understands the importance of great customer service, and is truly a kind human who embodies integrity and compassion. Go Marvin!

Bad experience. I signed for a controlled substance, I wasn’t informed that it was out of stock, and the medication wasn’t provided (two medications in total). When I returned to ask about it - the technician stated that everything was provided...then, I asked again if two prescriptions were ordered. Finally, she said that I had another prescription that was out of stock. Several other things occurred that were very questionable about the competency/honesty of the staff...
