I’ve had an amazing experience living at Domain at Kirby Apartments. The location is perfect, especially for anyone who loves having quick access to both the Texas Medical Center and NRG Stadium. Everything is well-maintained and adds great value to daily life here.

The staff is incredibly responsive and friendly, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. My apartment is spacious, with a great layout, and the finishes feel high-quality. I also feel safe here, thanks to the controlled access and the attentive management team.

I have had my unit for almost a year and just signed my renewal. Tonya has been guiding me and is fantastic to work with. I was happy to renew as I have found the apartments to be well kept up with and any issues that have arisen, staff and management have addressed timely and have been good at communicating updates. The pool is wonderful and the other amenities are great. The proximity to many favorite Houston locations makes it a great spot for students, medical professionals and anyone who wants to be near all the hotspots in Houston! I have enjoyed my apartment and recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home.

The amenities are truly fabulous, from the stunning pool area, club center, business center and the well-equipped fitness center to the Dog park on the roof which is perfect for walking your pet and relaxing after a long day.

The leasing staff deserves a special mention; they are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Their commitment to residents makes a big difference in the overall experience.
The location is unbeatable, with a variety of shopping centers just minutes away(walking distance). Everything from grocery stores to trendy boutiques is easily accessible, making it super convenient for everyday errands.

Moving here was a great choice. There are a lot of great floor plans to choose from that is comfortable if you are needing space for a single person or family. As a student, the desk area in my apartment has definitely been a benefit. I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you are new to the city and need to be in an area where stores and shopping is less than 10 minutes. Very convenient location.

I'm almost a month living in Domain at Kirby, and I'm truly happy! The office staff are very kind and attentive, the maintenance guys are always answering the requests very fast and they are nice too. The amenities are always clean. Neighbors are polite and take care of the place.

The worst place I have ever lived. The area around is horrible, full of homeless and trash all over. The apartment had a weird cigarette smell that does not go away no matter what I do. The property is full of roaches - I find an average of 5 a week in my apartment and I only moved 2 months ago. I should have guessed.
There are a lot more issues. Doors are constantly unlocked. We have submitted service requests and have videos showing it (property never gave a feedback). The package delivery system does not work. No matter how well you instruct the delivery people, they can never access the Amazon locker and the deliveries that happen on the weekend are constantly being canceled (or I have to go and meet the delivery person outside the property) because office is closed to grant them the locker code (at least that is what they tell me). The appliances have several issues - during my first two weeks my electricity bill was more than 100 dollars because the dryer would not work properly. I had to submit at least 3 service requests and still to this day it takes forever to dry some clothes but I just gave up.
The trash valet was same issue. I had to complain at least twice because the service was not being provided and still sometimes the trash is not taken and I find myself doing it very often although they charge you a monthly fee for it.
The space where we are supposed to walk the dogs has no light. Completely dark and poor maintaned - more dirt than anything. I can keep going forever.

All I wanted was a clean and safe space. Instead this has become a nightmare and regreat. Meanwhile the staff keeps feeding social media and making little parties as this is priority. But I get it. It attracts and deceives people like me. I feel tricked, sad and stressed about living here.

My apartment is also infested with ants everywhere ! Glad to know I’m not the only one because the leasing staff tried to make it seem as if I was the only one with ants and reporting it.

Maintenance is good and do the best they can

These apartments can do way better than what they are doing and invest more money into these apartments so residents can live way better. Nobody should be living with infested ants or roaches
