For exactly a year, Domain Memorial Townhomes was the place I called ‘home’! Edwin, Emily, and David ushered me into a wonderful life experience in a beautiful, safe, vibrant community! My place was spacious, my neighbors were respectful and friendly, and the maintenance team was responsive and skilled. Parking for my guests was a little challenging, but once I got the hang of parking in my garage I was good. The surrounding area had everything I needed, making the community perfect! I miss it so much, and if it weren’t for getting a house, I would have stayed there forever! Many thanks for the experience!

I’ve lived here for about 4 months and I only have good things to say. The community is amazing and the community is wonderful! Our community life event coordinators are so awesome. They set up all sorts of fun events. While we are new, we have made so many friends! If you are thinking of moving here, do it!

We have lived at Domain Memorial for four months now and we love it. The community is beautiful. We enjoy the amenities. Everything is kept clean and in working order. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and addresses concerns in a timely manner. We enjoy the community events that have provided a fun avenue to meet our fellow residents and neighbors. If you are considering Domain Memorial as your home, we highly recommend that you check it out.

I recently toured these breathtaking Townhomes and was seriously considering leasing, but was also in the process of looking for a home. Edwin, the manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire leasing process. He answered all of my questions and made the experience so smooth. I ended up getting approved here, but also got approved for a home and decided to go that route. I almost regret it now, especially with all the maintenance I have to handle myself! Highly recommend these Townhomes and Edwin’s assistance for anyone looking.

My partner and I came to tour these Apartments and they were great! The location is perfect, the apartments are Beautiful, and the staff was amazing! We had the pleasure of having Kevin Lara as our tour representative and were very impressed by his ability to make time for our questions / concerns. I’m excited to call this place my home soon!

It really is a nice place to live! It feels luxurious and safe anytime I enter the neighborhood. They do a great job getting the community together with parties and get togethers as well. Leta and her husband do a great job at heading that! Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

It took them over a month to even look at my application.. then called me 2pm Christmas Eve demanding more documents (outside of the ones they already asked for) by 4pm... they gave me 2 hours on Christmas Eve, after sitting on my application for 5 weeks and then denied me by 430 because of their poor management. They wouldn't return the $300 fee they charged me either. I think that speaks to their management quality. Lazy and greedy.

I love the staff and amenities here, any issues are addressed in a timely manor and with respect. the grounds are immaculate and tastefully cared for. the homes are beautiful and well maintained.
