I moved from Dallas, and this was the first apartment I saw and fell in love with. This property is kept clean and luxurious at all times. The amenities and staff support are phenomenal!!! The leasing consultants are always willing to help with a smile. Eva Maldonado went above and beyond in helping my daughter find an apartment. She did an awesome job meeting my daughters' expectations and made my lease renewal seamless. I love that girl!! Thank you for making us feel at home!!!

I came here to tour some units with my friend who is looking to move. First off Deandre(I hope that’s his name) was so welcoming and the epitome of customer service. If you go there make sure he’s the one who gives you a tour. He didn’t have to but he stayed past his closing time and showed us all the units we wanted to see that were available for touring. He told us about the deals and perks of this place. I already have another friend who stays here so I pretty much knew some amenities but my favorite part is the room for kids to play. That is not something I have seen before.

One thing I like about this place is there’s a unit style for everyone.

This apartment has some units with high ceiling which is not something I have ever seen.

From the outside looking in this is a place you should at least tour and consider

I've resided here for about 3 years and felt compelled to share with future tenants my experience. First and foremost, this is a safe community, stellar maintenance team, beautiful rooms and amenities. The new management has made a point to keep it this way. You'll notice compare to neighboring communities, Domain is well maintained and it shows. They also recently updated the rooms with new appliances, paint, kitchen etc.

My shout-out goes specifically to DeAndre who works is the liaison for this property. I recently moved out and had a package delivered to my old Domain address, DeAndre was kind and professional about retrieving my package. 10/10 service. Even though I'm no longer a resident here, if you work in the Energy Corridor or nearby area and are looking for a safe and well managed community, I highly recommend this property. In my span of living here, I've had 0 issues with car theft, break ins, etc. Maintenance concerns are addressed ASAP. What else can you ask for?

I love the Domain on the Parkway! I have previously lived here and left due to opting closer transportation to my school, but when I tell you after living at another apartment complex I regretted that decision so much immediately! You realize how important comfortability is once you leave your place of comfort. Not only is the Domain absolutely stunning with beautiful refurbished units, but the staff is INCREDIBLE! They are caring, competent, and consistent. Specifically Eva Maldonado, she has been such a blessing with not only me but my mother as well. She goes above and beyond for residents and I am so glad to be a returning resident. I love it here thank you so much Eva!!!

The place is horrible I was there 14 years and the new people took over 3 years it has been a mess the office is horrible and liars before you move in walk property and see how nasty it is they will take you to 2 floor to see model but people walk around the water bills Are high roaches mold place need painting look at the photos so you want think I just made this up the furniture downstairs have been there for years for what they are charging you can go somewhere nicer oh and dumpster stay nasty I can go on and on about this filthy and horrible property just look at pictures they don't lie

This is just the worst and most horrible apartment I have ever stayed in! Do not stay there for anything. The managers are completely useless when you come to solve any problems, they know nothing. Constantly broken gates that no one repairs, that is, whoever wants a completely open yard comes in. If you want to live quietly then this is definitely not about these apartments every night after 10:00 at the pool disco and loud music. When you complain to the management, they don't respond to it. So remember every night you will be discos after 10:00.

I do not recommend it!

Domain by Parkway are great apartments. New management is really good. Especially Eva, she is always super helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Maintenance team is great too, the requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner.
