Management is friendly, inviting, flexible & supportive. Always a willingness to help even after work hours. The property amenities are a nice touch. But service from management & maintenance is a bonus during this climate! Thanks for everything you do to help my stay be worth living here.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience living at Domain At town center. 7100 uvalde Rd. We discovered mold in our apartment and reported it to management (Alex Rojas) in August. Maintenance came, touched the mold with their bare hands, told us it was “dry,” and marked the issue as resolved and told my husband it was nothing to worry about health wise without performing a mold test. without offering any further inspection or solutions. Over the following weeks, my family became increasingly sick, and we later found additional mold in other areas of our home. Despite multiple conversations with the office, no one took the situation seriously. I called last week and spoke with Alex to let her know that the mold was spreading. She asked me did I want maintenance to come while I was home or away I told her I wanted to be home so I can talk with the service manager and show him all the mold areas. I received an email the following day saying a vendor went into my apartment and started removing Sheetrock from my first mold complaint. I replied and told them I did not give permission for anyone to go in my home and that I had my minor children there because they are out of school on Fridays. They tried to lie and say no kids were there until I sent a screenshot of my son ordering door dash at the time they were there and the maintenance guy actually picked the food up from the door and handed it to my son and continued to work. They not once offered for my family to move to another unit until I brought it up. They kept insisting that I would be charged a fee if I moved out early. This was negligence on their end. If they would have removed the reported mold a month ago maybe it wouldn’t have spread. Also if they would have changed the carpet and baseboards when the flood happened it wouldn’t be as bad. I asked to be moved to another unit and they expressed they did not have anymore 3 bedrooms available. They finally agreed to let me out of my lease without penalty but they won’t let me out until I sign a confidentiality agreement saying that I would remove my Google review and photos and never speak on the matter again.

We also reported a flood in our home that maintenance never followed up onafter the initial visit.

Even after explaining the health concerns, they refused to offer us an alternate unit or perform a proper inspection. Instead, they entered my home without permission while my minor children were there alone, despite my clear request to be present during any maintenance. The lack of respect for both our health and our privacy is alarming.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The property management is dismissive of serious issues, and it’s clear that the safety and well-being of their tenants are not a priority.

If I could give no stars I would. As of yesterday 9/23/2024, I have been here for 1 whole month. Upon moving in I only had a few min to view the apartment because a few days prior when I came to tour the apartment before my move in date, the apartment was allegedly not move in ready and was being clean/painted etc. But the agent Jasmine told me the apartment was viewable and was vacant but the property manager Danteil told me something different. They all have poor communication skills. They don’t do a full walkthrough after someone moves out so that goes to show you they care little to nothing about the facility. I moved 1600 miles away from home and I needed somewhere to move into immediately and the apartment was filthy. When I moved all of my things in that evening I did another walk through and noticed so many issues with the apartment. I filled out my work order of everything that needed to be fixed and was insured everything will be done within 3-5 business days. Which ended up being longer because they so called didn’t know the severity of the damages in my bathroom which has mold. And After continuous conversations with the manager DANTEIL and his team (leasing agents including the service manager (maintenance). When they came to fix the caulking they assured me they were going to rip out the old caulking and re-caulk the tub and the shower but when I came home I noticed they actually caulked over all the old caulking so they were frustrated they had to re-do it mind you every agent came to my pace with the maintenance team but left without making sure the job was done properly. The oven racks were disgusting as if they haven’t switched them out for years and even that took a week and a half to be replaced. It came in on a Friday and I was told the service manager Milton would bring them by later that day. He never came so I had to wait two more additional days before he came that following Monday. The sink plug/garbage disposal was completely damaged and filthy. They finally replaced that. Under the kitchen sink and bathroom sinks are water damages to the wood. All of the toilets in both bathrooms were filthy including the tub/shower, door handles and drainage. They have pest control come and spray but they’ll only come to your apartment when you put in a work order and even with doing that, that’s not stopping the roaches, water bugs, ants and spiders coming into your apartment so I went to Home Depot and got my own spray (the ortho brand for anyone wondering) it helps. My utility closet door was covered in dust and even that took them forever to do. They had to remove the door and clean it properly they also painted over the door with the dust being stucked to it. As if that would fix the situation. My neighbor apartment utility closet is way worse and she complained about hers and it hasn’t been taken care of yet. Now I’m hearing dripping sounds from my ceiling anytime my neighbor uses her sink. Which isn’t her fault. The master bathroom had complete water damage/mold. They had to put a big fan blower in there for nearly a week (two different fans) Plumbers came and fixed the leak apparently they want to blame the leak coming from the apartment upstairs and the tenants never reporting there was a leak to begin with and want to blame it on them being college kids. Also, there was water damage to all three apartments. The 3rd floor was apparently flooded due to a tenant moving out and she left the stove on which caused the water damages but that was 3 years ago why is there still leaking issues in these apartments!? Last week I noticed yellowish stains around the baseboard in my pantry but I brushed it off and wiped it away not thinking because I thought maybe I overlooked it when I was cleaning but that’s not like me to not notice. Until I saw the same residue in my kids closet as well. The back of their closet wall, and behind that there’s the utility closet which my assumption was maybe there’s leakage inside but they came over to take a look and the didn’t discover any water leaking.

I love my apartment! I feel bad about all the bad reviews, but I have been treated very well here at Domain I moved into my unit in July of 2024 and it was very clean and well put together. The units are luxury units. The property is always nice and well kept. Yes there are a lot of residents who have dogs and everyone does not stick to the rules and clean up after their dogs, but that's not due to management because there are bag stations all over the apartments for cleaning up after your pets that stay stocked with bags. The amenities are nice. The pool is nice and clean and was open all summer. I did have a issue with ants getting into my apartment from outside but I bombed my own apartment with a ant bomb I brought from Walmart and haven't had an issue since. I'm happy I moved here!

I hate that the reviews don’t do this property justice!
I have had an amazing experience from the start to finish. I did have a lot of issues with certain parts of the application process and the team was so helpful. They were so apologetic and helpful with the inconveniences I was having and it turns out it wasn’t even their fault nor in their hands.
From move in to now almost a year in I’ve had a great experience. There have been certain issues like with mail, or little inconveniences but they’re always very kind and helpful with making sure that both sides are understood.
I had issues with my mail and they were so helpful with explaining steps to take.
I’ve had issues with neighbors before because they assumed we were stomping but after explaining that my 4 year old has cars and we were waiting on a new carpet and didn’t want to keep him from playing we both agreed that after certain times we’d cut off the playing in the living room and move it else where.. (again issues that can happen anywhere)!

By far has been one of the best property’s I have stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing! Kristen worked with me, and got me into the apartment I wanted, got all of my paperwork done asap, she is fast at answering all emails and phone calls. The whole staff is super knowledgeable, the maintenance team is also amazing! I have been overall happy with my whole experience here, the property is clean, quiet and I am definitely glad I chose Domain Town Center as my current home. Thank you for all that you guys do!

This place is pretty dope, Go see Marco!!! He helped us through the entire process, we had many dumb questions but he was there the entire process and made sure we were good on our move in day. The community is pretty new from what I can tell and it’s a mixture of quiet and parties but not in a bad way. There’s always something going on, either the pool is vibin, they get a food truck to visit, or have some sort of event going on.
