If you are about to make your last payment and have changed your address because you know it takes a couple of years to pay off the loan and PEOPLE WHO RENT MOST LIKLEY MOVE MORE OFTEN THAN HOME OWNERS. PLEASE make sure you call them because they will just send your title to whatever address you gave them at the time you bought the vehicle AND YOUR TITLE WILL GET LOST. I have requested the form to get a copy of the title multiple times to my current address and everytime I call they give me the old address even though I have called multiple times to change and correct the address. DO NOT USE MID ATLANTIC the people answering the phone are always rude and ready to get off the phone. I did not pay a 17,000 loan for my title to be mishandled with such negligence. I paid off my loan in JUNE and it is about to be SEPTEMBER AND I HAVE NO TITLE FOR MY TRUCK . The only thing I did receive was a $14 check because I over paid like WOOOOWWWW thank you but my title is worth more than $14

Garbage company, you call them multiple times to make a payment, they don't answer, next thing you know your car is gone. They don't care about you they just want to f your credit up, take your money, and take your car to do the same thing to the next person.

I was told on Saturday if i paid $200, they'd defer my august payment to the end of my loan and wouldn't have a payment due until September 3rd. They sent someone on Sunday to pick up my car.

DEALERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they do not fund in a timely manner i have been working with RYAN Chandler, Elisa Glass, Michelle Grigbsy, Heather Simpson, George Myers on a small deal of 6 accounts and we are almost a month in this deal and we still cant get funded i sent everything they needed sign the agreement and i have been waiting for a WIRE/ACH for almost a week and still nothing they have everything they need from me and we still cant get funded even after they said they sent the funds and they dont come in WIRE/ach is 1 day or less process its been 5 days my next step would be taking legal actions against mid alantic if you are looking to sell your accounts look somewhere else DO NOT GO THROUGH MID ALANTIC

Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with in my life half don't speak understandable English the other half are rude as hell they get mouthy with you or hang up in your face thankfully I'm finishing up with them in the next couple months and I will never buy a vehicle from a company that deals with these people again

I have a great experience with Mid-Atlantic finance company.they will give second chance to less fortunate consumers with bad credit history such as reposition or bankruptcy and so on when no other companies considers financing them so as a result they are very busy all the time. but Roger gose out of his way to serve all his clients to get financed when possible. He even answers his job related emails and texts and calls on weekends and after hours.
