Love the service provided by You’ve Got Maids. I’ve had both their deep clean and standard recurring service performed. All of the crews they’ve sent are courteous, on-time, work efficiently, and leave my house looking brand new. I love that they are very accommodating with working around my family when we’re home, including my inquisitive dog who likes to hang out with them. The crews always address any areas of concern, and have fantastic attention to detail. The office staff is great to work with as well, and responds to any requests in a timely manner. I highly recommend giving You’ve Got Maids a call!

I feel like they took their time to rack up the hours. However, that's not why the 3 stars... They mostly did a spotless clean but left the oven dripping cleaning foam. Additionally, they fractured an incense burner, told me they'd replace it and then didn't respond when I sent them the details.

After the standards that had been set by our previous housemaid service of 10 years, I was on the market looking for a team that was as good and professional. Needless to say, I had several tries with others but no one delivered as close to the expectation and the attention to detail until I found You’ve got maids! They are professional, prompt, very methodical in how they run their company and their admin team is very sweet and very responsive and communicative just like the owner. Needless to say, the job was very well done, to the right standard and the team was really good and efficient. They also had a supervisor come and inspect the work at the end. This was the quality of work I was looking for. The house looked fabulous and there were no cutting corners either. The team worked hard and delivered. The job was very well done and I would recommend this Family business anytime! A+++!

This is the best cleaning service we’ve ever had. We have hired 4-5 companies over the past few months and none of them satisfied our standards. The two women who came to my home brought all their materials, worked fast, were very accommodating and kind, and did a marvelous job. The home smells amazing and looks excellent. We had a small misunderstanding and the manager immediately called to address it and helped me out. Very great communication and willing to help the customer. Have hired them to come regularly for recurring services. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were thrilled to come home to a clean house! We used You’ve Got Maids for the first time this month. It was great. The owner came out and personally quoted our home and walked us through the services the day that I called placing an inquiry. Two days later a team of 3 came to my home and cleaned. They did great! We have a lot of shutters and crown molding and they dusted everything! They even got the cobwebs that the company we used when we moved in (different company) missed. We were so happy. They also took my clean sheets and made the guest beds. All in all we were very happy and will continue to use their services.
